PwC-eLKE is a leader in the industry for capabilities, scalability, and performance. This application is built with
industry-standard enterprise-strength components and has been successfully implemented for more than 50 clients of various
sizes. The application was developed and is maintained and supported by PwC's integrated tax and technology resources
within our dedicated LKE solutions practice.
PwC's LKE application (as depicted in the diagram below) is a web-based Application Service Provider ("ASP") model hosted by
PwC. The eLKE application is designed to accept periodic information feeds from third party lease management, rental management
systems, or proprietary fixed asset management systems.
The benefit of the ASP approach is that it allows the implementation of a LKE program with virtually no change to any of
your systems or processes including accounting, fixed assets, and rental management. In addition, the ASP approach enables PwC
to perform LKE processing on an outsourced basis, requiring little ongoing effort on the part of your internal IT, tax
or operations personnel while allowing PwC to enhance our support capabilities.
Reports are generated using Crystal Reports and are delivered electronically to you over the web via Crystal Reports or
can be downloaded and viewed offline or exported to Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, Access, or any other electronic format.
The PwC-eLKE software
is designed to accept periodic information feeds from a lease
management, accounting system, or fixed asset system. Data relevant
to asset acquisitions, dispositions and changes is provided in this
feed for processing by our LKE application at the eBC. Reports
are then generated and provided to our clients through a secure web
The TSG is committed
to effective communication and
responsiveness. We have a computer-based tracking system that helps
allow us to monitor support requests and follow up in a timely
manner. Help desk services are included in the annual support
and maintenance fee.
PwC’s Tax Services Group (TSG) provides phone and e-mail support services for the PwC-eLKE
application. The TSG is operated by dedicated PwC help desk personnel,
and is designed to provide you with a centralized point of contact for
any questions or issues that you may encounter with our products.
